Employer Help


Registration:

You must fill out the registration form before you can use the system. Once you have registered you must login again. At this time you are under our "Free Plan". To upgrade from this plan, see "Available Plans" below. Your company registration will remain on the site until you delete it. We do not automatically delete company information.

Employer Navigation:

The categories listed under "Employer" are only for registered Employers. Even though you are registered you will not be able to use the categories listed under "JobSeeker".

Available Plans:

After you have registered and logged in, you need to select the plan you would like. If you want to stay with the free plan, then you don't have to go to this area. The plans are self-explanatory and to upgrade from the free plan does require a fee based on the plan you select. We use PayPal to process these fees.

When you select a plan, remember you already have the "free" listing. Any additional listings you select will be in addition to the "free" listing. Example: You select the "5 Job Plan". This would give you 6 job listings (free + 5).


Plans:

We presently have 5 plans. They are:

1. Free Plan: Under this plan you are allowed to post 1 job listing for 3 months without incurring a charge.

2. Our 3 Job Plan: Under this plan you are allowed to post 3 job listings for 3 months. The cost is $15 for 3 months,

3. Our 5 Job Plan: Under this plan you are allowed to post 5 job listings for 3 months. In addition, you may select to have your Company listed as a featured company on our main page, plus you may have 1 job displayed on our main page. The cost of this plan is $25 for 3 months.

4. Our 10 Job Plan: This is basically the same as the 5 Job Plan, but allows you to enter 10 jobs. The cost of this plan is $50 for 3 months.

5. Our Unlimited Job Plan: Under this plan you are allowed unlimited job postings. In addition, you may select to have your Company listed as a featured company on our main page, plus you may have 3 jobs displayed on our main page. The cost of this plan is $75 for 3 months.

All plans allow unlimited access to posted resumes.

To continue your advertising after your 3 months expires, go to the "Available Plans" page and select the plan you want. Your new totals for the number of jobs you may submit will be upgraded after you go to PayPal. If you are using the "Free Plan" you may post a new job for 3 months after your original job listing expires.


Add Jobs:

You may add a job listing at anytime through the "My Jobs" category. You are allowed to enter only the number of jobs listed under the plan you selected. When you login, check the "Account Information" in the bottom right corner for your posting status of jobs. All jobs run for 3 months, regardless of when posted during the 3 months. Example: You sign up for the "3 Job Plan" on April 1st. On April 1st you post 2 jobs. These jobs would run for 3 months. On April 15th you post your last job. This job would run for 3 months.

Delete Jobs:

You may delete a job listing at anytime through the "My Jobs" category. Jobs that are deleted are not allowed to be replaced. You are only allowed to post the number of jobs listed in the plan you selected. All jobs are automatically deleted after running for 3 months.

Search Resumes:

You may search the resumes at any time through the "Search Resumes" category. It is not required to have a job posted to search the resumes.

Statistics:

Below the Employer categories is a "Job Views" number. This number tells you how many JobSeekers have viewed your job page.

Logos:

All Employers may have a logo. You may submit a logo through the "My Company" category.

Resume Mail System:

Our Resume Mail System provides you, the employer, with an e-mail, either on a daily or weekly basis, updating the resumes that have been posted that meet the categories you specified in your job listing. You may select this option through the "My Company" category.

Other Questions:

If we failed to answer all your questions or you have suggestions on how we may better serve you, please e-mail us, with those questions and suggestions, through the "E-Mail Us" category.
